Hi there! I’m Melissa, and I’ve been a copywriter for around 9 years. I specialize in creative concepting, writing for UX/UI, web and digital experiences, and immersive training experiences.

I attended college at Grand Valley State University and studied writing, focusing on fiction and poetry. I graduated in the spring of 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts.

During my career, I’ve written for a number of industries including healthcare, technology, consulting, travel, real estate, and home design. Some of my most notable clients include JennAir, Priority Health, KitchenAid, and Republic Services.
